Music Cue Sheet
The Music Cue Sheet is something that the distributors will demand. Nominally the purpose of it is to have the cues so if the picture is broadcast, the appropriate licensing agencies can get paid.
Fun fact: the licensing agencies (like BMI, ASCAP, etc.) do this all on their own, so after delivering the cue sheet the Producer can wipe his hands of dealing with payments to the composer(s).
